Girl Scouts need an Artist!

A Girl Scout Troop leader in the Fall Creek area is looking to connect with an artist, or group of artists, interested in helping their Scouts earn a Painting Badge.
It is a five step process to earn the badge:
1. Talk to a painter or visit a museum
2. Paint a portait of family, friend or self
3. Paint by choosing what mood you are in
4. Paint using something other than a brush
5. Paint a mural that tells a story

Cafe Du Bois

See you at Cafe du Bois Wednesday, January 25, at 2:00p.m. to take down and hang new artwork.  For those new to hanging at the Cafe, please be prepared to leave three to four selections of your artwork with the hanging chairs for their meeting with the owner and business manager of the Cafe.  Keep in mind not all pieces may be used and the artist should be prepared to pick up around 5:00p.m. if necessary.

For those who need to pick up their artwork at the Cafe on Wednesday, January 25, at 2:00 p.m.  You may bring additional pieces to hang, with the understanding the ones who have not had an opportunity to show their work will be considered first.

The goal of KAS is to present a wonderful collection of complimentary pieces of work from as many artist as possible and together we can make that happen.

The attachment has detailed requirements for hanging at the Cafe, please read, sign and bring with you on the 25th.

If you are not prepared to display your artwork at this time, please notify Carita or myself by return email.

Thanks,
Randi and Carita
